Tile Flooring

My husband & I worked with Meyer Skidmore & their team to redo our main level hickory floors. We had old carpet (many dogs) in the living room, office & bedroom & water damage in a few areas in the existing hickory floor kitchen. Abbey & Katie came over and measured & did a great job answering any of our questions. We did get a few other quotes but Meyer Skidmore was very competitive & the customer service could not be beat. The team came in and completely transformed our home. The guys were so friendly, considerate & over the top nice, even when I asked them a million questions. I was pretty nervous about picking a stain, not wanting to make a wrong choice and they took the time to explain what the pros/cons of my choices were. We decided on the Duraseal Provincial stain & the oil/poly finish since its more durable for dogs. We are in love with our floors & were blown away by the work they did. We were out of town for the last half of the job and we came home to a super clean house. I was actually surprised at how clean it was! I would hands down recommend Meyer Skidmore to my friends, family, & strangers! Beautiful job, wonderful team & very happy clients here!

Meyer Skidmore replaced water damaged wood in my bathroom, installed a hardwood hallway with two steps, and refinished my existing hardwood floor. It was about 800 SF total. I could not be happier with the work, price, and customer service. Bart, the owner, worked with my schedule, was very open and honest about top coat options, and was responsive to all quality control issues. He was very willing to have his crew come back and touch up where needed – without complaint or delay. The end result is beautiful!

Flooring guys from Meyer Skidmore are at my house right now. It is literally 6 o’clock on Friday afternoon and they’re working hard to finish because were having a party Sunday. When I was looking for a flooring contractor I did what everyone else does and asked around but that left me with too many choices and I could not decide who to hire. Then my neighbors were using Meyer Skidmore. I called Bart and he came out and gave me a price and put me on the schedule. I cannot say enough about how great a job they did. Everything was cleaned every day after they finished work. Floors look fantastic. I have a brother who’s a contractor that saw their work about halfway through and was very impressed. Overall I’m writing this review right now because I wanted to be sure and give them the five stars they deserve.
